2. Products

MobBuys sells liquidation merchandise sourced from retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. As liquidation merchandise, some items may show minor cosmetic wear unless otherwise stated. All material defects will be disclosed in the product listing.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery per our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

MobBuys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
