Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Item is in the same condition as received
- Item is unused and in its original packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" at time of purchase
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@mobbuys.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us at: 1415 S Arville St #100E, Las Vegas, NV 89102
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
